Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 7-14 BUSINESS days for all orders to ship. Business days include M-F, from 9am-4PM, excluding holidays.
If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you immediately via email. Depending on the condition of the product we may offer reshipment. If the product is still in good condition, we will ship it again with an additional shipping cost, OR we will refund you the total, minus shipping cost.
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed. If you have an issue with your order// if you're missing an item//if you have received the wrong item, please email email@example.com. We will correct your order immediately and ship it to you, at no additional cost.
TRACKING MY SHIPMENT:
All orders will receive tracking numbers sent to their email. Please check junk mail if you don't receive a tracking number. If you still haven't received one, please contact us directly. Please allow USPS 24-48 hours for USPS to update tracking numbers. If you have any questions about the exact location of your package, please contact USPS directly. LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: Once Packages leave our studio, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS.
